Aspen Rent a Car Complete Policy

Usage Policy

Use of the rented vehicle is subject to the following conditions: Only those duly authorized in the contract (customer and additional driver) may drive the vehicle. Use of the vehicle for competitions, driving practices, towing, transporting dangerous or illegal loads, and any other activity that violates the law or endangers the condition of the vehicle is prohibited. Leaving the country without express written authorization from Aspen Rent a Car is prohibited. The customer agrees to comply with all current traffic regulations and assume responsibility for violations committed during the rental period. In the event of breakdowns or accidents, the customer must immediately notify Aspen Rent a Car and follow the instructions provided. The vehicle must be returned on the established date, time, and place, clean, with a full tank of fuel, and without additional damage. Failure to comply with these policies may result in additional charges, cancellation of contracted coverage, or legal action, depending on the severity of the case.

Data protection

At Aspen Rent a Car, we respect your privacy. That's why: We only collect the data necessary for contract management, contact, and legal compliance. We use your data to provide you with an efficient and secure service, never for commercial purposes or for third parties without your consent. We comply with Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection. All information is stored in secure systems and accessed only by authorized personnel. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by sending an email to rentadoraaspen@gmail. Your trust is fundamental to us, and so is the protection of your data.

Additional charges

The contract includes a series of potential additional charges, which will be applied transparently in the following cases: Late return: $10,000 per hour after the two-hour tolerance period. Lack of fuel: The missing amount plus a handling fee will be charged. Excessive cleaning or unsanitary condition: A deep cleaning service charge. Minor or major damage: Not covered by the contracted insurance. Loss or breakage of keys/documentation: Replacement cost and assistance. Misuse: If the vehicle is used outside the terms of the contract, all contracted coverage may be lost. All amounts are communicated to the client at the time of signing the contract and are subject to updates according to current policy.

Trade agreement

The contract between Aspen Rent a Car and the client is a legally binding agreement, drafted under Argentine law (Law 9.065 and other applicable laws). It establishes clear rights and obligations between the parties. It may include additional clauses agreed upon in writing. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Puerto Iguazú, Misiones. The contract is valid from the moment of signature and for the term stipulated therein. Signed copies have the same legal value, regardless of the format. This agreement ensures transparency, trust, and legal support at all times.

Coverage and Insurance

All our vehicles include basic insurance with third-party coverage. We also offer additional options for added peace of mind: Full Coverage: Includes damage, total or partial theft, and roadside assistance. Additional Driver Protection: Also covers the second authorized driver on the contract. Risk Rate: Administrative costs related to dealing with insurance companies in the event of an accident. Vehicle Replacement: In the event of mechanical damage not attributable to the customer. The coverage may be void if: The driver was under the influence of alcohol or drugs; the vehicle was used outside an authorized area; gross negligence or willful misconduct occurred; or an accident was not reported in a timely manner.
